What glue do you recommend?

We recommend a special paste for thick non-woven wallpaper, available at all DIY stores. It guarantees good adhesion while allowing for adjustments during installation.

How do I prepare my wall?

The wall must be smooth, dry, clean, and preferably white. A white undercoat will achieve a perfect finish. Avoid colored or patterned walls to avoid altering the wallpaper colors.

Is it fragile once installed?

No. Once dry, the wallpaper is strong, durable, and can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge. It is designed to last, even in high-traffic areas.

Can I remove it easily?

Yes. Our non-woven or self-adhesive wallpapers can be removed without damaging the wall, making them ideal for easily changing your decor or renting a property.

How do I measure my wall?

Measure the total width and height of your wall, without removing baseboards or moldings. Our built-in calculator automatically adjusts the pattern to your exact dimensions.

Are your wallpapers custom-made?

Yes, each order is printed specifically to your dimensions. This guarantees a perfect fit and optimal results without any visible waste or seams.

What type of paper will I receive?

We print on premium non-woven paper that's thick, matte, and easy to apply. A self-adhesive version is also available for even greater convenience.

🚚 Deadlines & Delivery

What are the printing times?

Your wallpaper is printed to order within 2 to 4 business days. This timeframe allows us to guarantee optimal print quality and a fresh product, without storage.

And the delivery times?

Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days after printing, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this time, production begins. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible if necessary.

What if I made a mistake in the measurements?

Contact us quickly. Although custom-made products are non-refundable, we always strive for a personalized solution. A discounted adjustment is sometimes possible.

What to do in case of a defect or printing error?

Send us photos of the defect. After checking, we will reprint and reship the wallpaper at our expense. This is our quality guarantee.

Can I return my wallpaper?

Since our wallpapers are personalized, returns are only accepted in the event of a defect or error. In this case, contact our customer service team and we will process your request as a priority.
